Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)

As part of Subscriber’s use of Arch Telecom’s Services, Subscriber agrees to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227 et seq. and all other applicable federal and states laws. Arch may suspend or revoke a Subscriber’s account if it has knowledge or has reason to believe that a Subscriber is violating the TCPA or other applicable federal or state laws. Consult with your attorney to ensure compliance with these laws.
