Configuring a Dialing Session (Advanced Settings)

These options allow you to filter your call list based on results from previous sessions in which this list was used. If you want to dial the entire list, leave all of these options blank. The dispositions listed below are based upon ONLY upon the LAST ATTEMPT made to each record in the chosen list.

Optional Settings (Drop-Downs)

Choose a script – choose your pre-loaded script to use during the dial session. You will be able to view this script during the dial session and it can also be configured to display automatically after a live answer.

Choose a follow-up email – select from your library of follow-up emails. You are able to automatically send this email after completing a dial or manually select which records should receive the email.

Choose a voicemail message – select the proper voice message to be left on answering machines. Note that there can only be one message selected per dial session.

Change your caller ID – allows you to change the default caller ID to be displayed during this particular dial session. This must be a working phone number that is answered during regular business hours.
