Yes, We provide three different lead services For Sale By Owners and Neighborhood Just Listed/Just Sold are $30 per month each and Expired Listings are $40 per month. We provide lead lists 7 days a week, 364 days a year (Christmas is our only day off). FSBO/Expired lists are filtered up to a 50 mile radius, specific price or zip code. Lead lists are automatically imported directly into the PowerDialer with no manual export/import.
Yes, the PowerDialer is web based and you can use it with any browser and from any PC or Mac computer or tablet. There is no software to download or hardware to purchase. All you need is a plain ordinary telephone and access to the internet.
VoIP services that place and transmit telephone calls over the Internet, such as Google Voice, Skype and Vonage, can experience significant impairments that reduce call quality. VoIP services may experience the inability to connect to the PowerDialer or may experience frequently dropped calls. PowerDialer works best with any standard landline phone service or any cell phone provider. PowerDialer was designed to provide the best call quality by placing and transmitting calls via ISDN lines through the traditional public switched telephone network.
Arch pre-loads FSBO/Expired leads in most areas. FSBO/Expired leads are updated everyday with re-listed properties deleted. FSBO and Expired leads from other providers can be loaded in their native format. Neighborhood lists are automatically synced into the dialer. Dial any list using the PowerDialer CSV uploader.
Arch scrubs all leads against the National DNC Registry. Because there are permissible exemptions to calling the DNC the PowerDialer enables the user to determine if these leads should be called or skipped.
The PowerDialer syncs with many Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs). Simply by selecting this contact is “interested” the PowerDialer pushes the call notes and contact information into many CRMs. For agents who do not use a real estate specific CRM the PowerDialer has simple CSV reports that can be uploaded into Excel, Outlook or Google.
We search all the major local sources including online newspapers and public websites and various online classified sections where by owners advertise.
Yes, all phone records are check-boxed against the latest DNC list. Do Not Call rules have permissible exceptions, so we deliver all leads regardless if they are on the DNC list or not.
We update everyday, 365 days a year, seven days a week.
We use a multi-step process. First we reverse match the phone number to get an address and name. If an address is provided we reverse match the address to verify the phone number and name. Performing both reverse lookups assists us in providing a full postal address and correct owner name.
After the verification process, we cross-reference all results against a proprietary keyword database to delete agent owned, investor and other by owner ads that are not suitable for agent solicitation.

We use Automatic Number Identifier (ANI) technology to capture the callers phone number. Though similar to Caller ID, ANI capture is a real time billing record. Therefore it cannot be blocked and is always captured.
Mobile Marketing - General FAQ
ArchAgent’s mobile marketing allows a consumer to text a message from their mobile device to an ArchAgent short code in order to receive additional information on a specific property. This message triggers an immediate message back to them with text and a link to property photos. You then receive a notification that the property has been accessed for follow-up purposes.
Short codes are special telephone numbers, significantly shorter than full telephone numbers, which can also be used to address SMS and MMS messages from mobile phones or fixed phones.
Typically, a consumer sending a text message to a short code for information or to register a vote will be responding to a call to action such as, “Text 12345 to 35244”. In this example, 12345 is your message while 35244 is the short code (or phone number) you send your message to.
No software is required. You add your properties through a simple web site that you can access from any computer connected to the Internet.
All you need is an Internet connection. For ease of use, we highly recommend a broadband connection.

You can change anything about your Property Website until you publish it. Once published you can still change almost anything, with a few exceptions: e.g. the Website address. You can change the Website address for a fee, for example, if you have mis-typed it.
You can put zeros in the bedroom and bath fields so they will not show and use the headline, summary description and/or “Home Page Message” to state multiple units. You can also use the property features section to list the units and use the property features section to list the units, and the property documents section to upload documents about each unit. You can upload floorplans of each unit, as well.
If you’re positive you hit “save” after making changes within the Property Website Administration System, yet the preview appears unchanged – press F5 while you’re looking at the preview.
A license permits you to create one Property Website on one Website address for one property. You can purchase as many licenses as you need. Call us at (800) 882-9006.

Yes, it’s easy to take a site offline for awhile, and then make it live once again: • Login to your ArchAgent.com account and select the Property Website • Click on the ‘Take Offline’ Button. This will remove the site from public view, until you click on the ‘Put Online’ button. • This is commonly done if the listing goes “Temporarily off the market” for some reason. The Property Website license is good for a year, so having the site offline for a month or so shouldn’t be a problem, but if the expiration date approaches you will be notified so that you can extend the site for another year.
To redirect a Website address you already own to a Property Website, you must log into your account with that registrar (For example, GoDaddy, Yahoo) and redirect it to the Property Website’s Website address. Since you purchased the domain name, that’s not something we can do for you; you must either login and take care of it, or call the Domain Name Registrar’s tech support and ask them to redirect it for you.
